Poos with undigested food in it

This morning after taking 1ml of milk of magnesia George had a big poos. It was soft and sticky and had visible large and small bits of undigested papaya in it. George screamed and then cried whilst he was pooing and then he was much happier and willing to have his morning nap afterwards.
